Consider bringing a significant other, a co-worker, or a friend. Maybe they will be our newest Rotarian! If possible, please RSVP by Tuesday, June 17th. It is not required but does help the kitchen.

Club Community Service
Last week, during our lunch meeting, our club penned notes to all 43 RYLA Campers and Garrett Morley, an AHS Interact Student, Altus Rotary Jr. Rotarian, prior RYLA camper, and this year's RYLA counselor.

We had one student apply for camp this year. Ava Hess from Altus High School was checked into camp earlier today. The club's notecards were provided to the staff for distribution at their discretion.

We look forward to inviting Ava and Garrett to a future meeting where they can share their experiences.
It is with sadness that I report our fellow Rotarian, Tom Yates, passed away. Tom has served as an Altus Rotarian for 43 years. He and his wife, Ellen, have been very active with Rotary until recently when both began to have health issues.

At the time of print, there is no service information. Please keep Ellen and the rest of the family in your thoughts and prayers.
